Thanks to FlyForFun for letting me know about this great trip you take. I only have time to go every other year, and have a group I already go with. I can see why you go every year. For those unfamiliar with the 'whale touching,' it's near impossible to get into the bay without the whales coming to make contact. It's such a surprise at first, and you have to check to see if the ponga was pursuing them. But, no, the momma just brings the babes to the boats so that you can connect. What an immeasurable experience! I, too, kissed a whale!
