Well - the E-Ticket number was there, the passenger number was the same and the date was correct - why reject the claim? What possible fraud could IO be committing? Or am I missing a point? - something I seem to do a lot on FT...
We long ago gave up chasing missing ON Business points and simply dont bother with the scheme any more.The amount of time taken to chase far outweighs the eventual benefit.
