I've travelled on my TD visa infinite privilege card for over a year now and was always places in zone 2 for boarding. This time I wasn't and the agent told me that the CC only works for priority boarding with a flight rewards flight.

Just wondering if if anyone knows if this changed or if was just a screw up somewhere this time and uninformed agents.
