Yes - UD in the 380 is fine, just avoid 50 a/b or j/k, as the ailse seats are a little open to any traffic thru the forward curtain. (ie lavatory access)
I've used 51a and 51k when travelling solo, and 51 a/b and 51 j/k when travelling with my wife. Short of the F cabin, cannot think of anywhere better.
