I don't know who is winning the race to the luxury bottom - this place or Six Senses. I would have lost it when they effectively held your family and friends hostage in the driveway. I don't know how you kept your cool DSI and good on you, sir.
The GM pretending to be the help is totally messed up. He's got issues and any company allowing that to happen is a disgrace.
