The Plaza Premium lounges took Priority Pass; their agent warned me I should allow an hour-and-a-half for US Customs when deciding when to leave the lounge. In reality, it took less than 10 minutes. Probably slightly OT, but without GE I would also aim to start queueing for preclearance 1h30 before departure. Preclearance at YYZ can be a right zoo, more so at T1, but I've spent well over an hour all told in the past (before I got Nexus, though).
It's very difficult to predict how much time it will take. Hence the benefit of an airside lounge.
