Sorry for the terrible experience but thank you for posting this as it will encourage me to shy away from suggesting it to my clients that may have had an interest in visiting. I get people make mistakes but when the staff to guest ratio is this high, how is that even possible? If each staff simply and only monitor 2 responsibilities all would have been on point. At least you'd think. I'll keep sending clients to FS in Anguilla for now.
