Unbelievable Marco Polo Club Experience
I redeemed a First Class flight to LHR for November but unfortunately had to cancel it. So I called Marco Polo this morning, was given an option of paying US$120 or 12,000 AsiaMiles (which is a no brainer)...gave my credit card details and was told to wait 6-8 weeks for the processing and refund.

So I was pleasantly surprised to see all my mile back in my account after lunch today. Has this happened before?
