The bed is better at Conrad Tokyo though. Plus, I think overall room size, Conrad Tokyo is huge. The standard Bay View room that we stayed in, overall, is as large as our IC suite.
We are very happy with the property. Plus the location is tops, connected to Grand Front mall, which makes it connected to Osaka station - so to speak.
Sorry, after reading the question, I may not have answered it correctly. I found the property email by posting question at Tripadvisor. A property representative actually replied and left her email. I reached out to her through personal email, and got offered the suite upgrade. I confirmed on my reply and they handled the rest, magnificently I might add. Everything from check in and check out was flawless.
