You must be lucky. I had an RTW ticket purchased back in August. It lost full Tripcase functionality after being re-ticketed back in January. I just made major changes to it and tried to get Tripcase to update by removing it and adding it back and I got:
Well, I just tried to create a new trip with the same itinerary and it pulls up all the information, but this time nothing under documents. Went to the original trip and clicked documents and nothing now as well. When I last posted on 3 Jul it did show me the receipt. Weird!!
