Thanks for the feedback; I booked the Techno Park property, and once I got beyond the idea of being able to walk to shops/restaurants in town from the "Spa" property, Techno Park seemed like a better choice for me. I was able to book a "Deluxe" room for the same number of points as the "standard" room.
