A friend is doing International-Domestic transfer at DFW. I'm meeting him at DFW for the domestic flight. Where is the best place to meet him? It's his first solo flight so I want to meet him as soon as it's possible.

Once he (re)drops his bags after customs, does he stay airside on a flights connection route, or does he have to exit? If he has to exit, I figure I'll meet him at International arrivals.

Our flight is out of terminal B, will I be able to go through security at terminal D and take the skylink if that's where we are?
