Based upon the correspondence I have had with Leader's Club, your account remains active as long as you continue to stay with LHW. When I pressed them further on this, I was told 3-4 stays per year will be enough to be considered "active" and thus there is no pre-set expiration date.
Enjoy the programme, I was referred by a hotel I stay at frequently and am only starting to enjoy the benefits.
