what we seem to have here is OP describing interaction with the crew in two very different ways:

in the first post, "(telling them) that there was something wrong with the air conditioning" implies OP simply copped an attitude and didn't provide any useful information at all; hence OP's description of their response, and hence the tenor of the first half dozen or so responses

in the later post, "mention it" implies OP may have actually described what was experienced (little to no airflow from the gaspers after the ground air cart was disconnected); I'd suggest that, had OP taken this perspective at the outset, the conversation would have been far less hostile
