This year in standard annual package, if the companion was at the same address, the annual packages were combined and there was only 1 set of 10 chits (not 2 sets). Remember 1Ks now get 1 free beverage (per flight in economy), so this seems reasonable.

As for the initial welcome package, likely there will be a set of drink chits for the companion, but do not expect them in the future.
