4 weeks out from today.

I would like to choose Club world seats for the upgrade, and apparently it can't be done until they choose to ticket it and charge me the taxes.

Am i stuck without being able to choose seats until BA chooses to process the ticket? That seems like a silly way to prioritize non-upgraders.
