I don't believe any of the Chase products would cover the nonrefundable night lost in SFO. And there is no monetary value for losing a day of vacation. So you're really just looking at replacement expenses - the flight reroute if you paid for that and the car ride. And Chase definitely doesn't cover new plane tickets.

For delayed luggage many insurance programs don't cover if you're home when that happens. And probably justifiably so. Chase also excludes coverage on a reward ticket unless "all of the miles or Rewards points were accumulated from a Rewards program sponsored by Chase Bank USA, N.A. and/or its affiliates."
