Does anyone have any recent stay experiences at the Sheraton Grand in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan? It appears to be the nicest hotel in city. Starwood U.S. reservations was unable to tell me if hotel can arrange transportation from airport - this is important since my flight arrives at almost midnight local time and I definitely prefer a hotel-arranged car rather than taxi. Also, will the hotel obtain a letter of invitation for a visa for guests, like some hotels in other CIS countries often do? Thanks in advance for any information.

Also, since Starwood US reservations could not answer those questions, I would ask for a supervisor and ask him/her to connect you to the hotel so that you can get the required info.
