I am a huge proponent of golf pants for travel. They're comfortable, somewhat stretchy, virtually wrinkle-free, and reasonably priced.

I have two pairs of Nike Dri-Fit pants. They fit very well and I love the notch cut in the cuffs. It allows the legs to fall perfectly over dress boots without a huge break in the front pleat.

UA makes similar pants. They're next to impossible to find on sale, unfortunately. I love their Match Play and Bent Grass shorts.

Izod (now Van Heusen) makes comparable golf pants, but the quality is slightly lower. However, you can usually find them in outlet stores for $15-$20 per pair.
