Be selective about how you do it though perhaps...I've seen a number of couples trying to talk their way into the CCR as they were on honeymoon and being refused in no uncertain terms. So balance playing that card against the fact it's almost certain to result in a 'no' and how embarrassed you and your new wife might be by that.
