And how come you need to buy 30k points? 5,2k TP = 15,6 points, so probably you need to buy 20k and convert those to TP (I didn't look into what blocks are available for purchase and for transfer, so I may be wrong here)
Starwood is not a Finnair Plus partner. Also, the tier point conversion is available only at 5k increments, so he would have to buy 30k.
