Gold on Y fare, PN avail.

As there seems to be differing accounts as to PN or RN for below 1K, figured I'd give it a shot.

Called yest, agent said not possible, as Y fares were unpublished and since my TA booked it was third party so they weren't able to be upgraded. Clearly agent had no clue as I've had these fares upgraded with no trouble in the past couple of months so I just waited a day to see if upgrade option would show on reservation.

Checked today, still no option to upgrade. Called agent spent about 20 mins trying to verify with another agent but finally came back on line saying he had confirmed the upgrade but res system was acting funny.
