Two Qustions:

FIRST: What happened to this benifit. I noticed that it's not listed among the benifits of the Platinum status. It used to be there on the old website!!

SECOND: In case the hotel is fully booked, a room is offered at the rack rate. Can I used an SPG 50 certificate for such bookings?

I apologise if this has been mnetioned before. Did a search but got no hits.
