They already had a tiny fleet of 700s, so it's a little odd they decided to convert a handful to cargo and keep operating an even tinier fleet of passengers 700s going forward. It seems like if it's worth it to keep 7 and update their interiors, it'd be worth it to get more for locations that will generally fill something between 76 and 159 seats. That's a big gap and they have almost nothing in between those two.
