Post Best BBQ OUT of the US?

After all, we do get homesick for the good eats sometimes...

After an absence of five years, I ate earlier this month at my favorite BBQ restaurant out of the US (also serves seafood, West Indian food, curries, etc.) on my way to a nice liveaboard dive trip:

C&F Bar & Restaurant
Purcell Estate, Tortola, British Virgin Islands
Call 284-494-4941 or -1094 for booking

Grill Master Chef Clarence makes a tangy sauce and nearly fall-off-the-bone (not overcooked) BBQ spare ribs that are very hard to beat! Even the baked potatoes are just right, with the thick, crispy skins I love. Mostly locals enjoy this place, but it's worth the ride into the hills in back of Roadtown, and the secret isn't theirs alone! Yeah, man, dis C&F is a good ting!
