Ive had numourus emailes conversations with hyatt service reps. the highest chain i got to was a guest care specialist. and this is the response

"I have received your inquiry regarding the Suite Upgrade awards and the 1-7 free night award. I am sorry to say that we are only able to report feedback at this time for the issue and frustration that this has caused our members.
Unfortunately, these Upgrade awards and free night awards will not be added to the accounts.
I have passed your feedback to our corporate management.
I would also like to offer you 30,000 points in place of the category 1-7 free night award, and an additional 20,000 points for the Suite Upgrade awards that you will not be able to enjoy this year.
I will add these points to your member account as soon as you let me know if this will be an acceptable solution.
I look forward to your response.

Im going to call in and try to get a manager or supervisor or something. does anyone know a hyatt rep in this forum? there was jeff zidell contacts but he just left -__-.
