I have a question about availability at Design Hotels. Spg shows basically no availability at a hotel but the hotel's website shows a ton of availability (for standard rooms). I am looking to redeem SPG points but obviously cannot.

I am not sure about the T&C with design hotels but will spg allow me to book using points if I escalated?
