Escalate. (Call Hyatt Globalist line and nicely ask for a supervisor).
You earned the 4 suite upgrades under the OLD rules, before February 28, before the new rules went into effect, while the old rules were still in force.
I have found, in various escalations with Hyatt, that even if you're 100% correct and they're 100% wrong, the nicest bird gets the worm. Yelling, screaming and accusing them of cheating will only make them dig in harder and hold their stance.
Also keep in mind that the purpose of a loyalty program is NOT to reward past behavior. Instead, it's to influence future behavior. Be sure to nicely let them know that while hardly anyone could qualify under the old rules (because they were in effect for just two short months), you were happy to do so and you will long remember the joy of being one of the last few people to qualify under the old rules.

I completed 25 stays in JAN+FEB of 2017 to guarantee globalist benefits until march 2019, much like other members. my last stay was the FEB 27. My account somehow did not automatically upgrade to globalist on MAR 1, and i had to actually call in to have them manual update it to Globalist. at the time i inquired about the comfirmable suite upgrades and free night and was told they should arrive in my account within a week.

First they say that I need to complete 60nts or earn 100k pts.
then after explaining that it should be given to me during the Diamond-Globalist switch, they change the story and told me that they cannot manual give me the suite upgrades because it was hard coded into their hyatt system to only give them out on march 1st, and after 60/100k.
They are only willing to offer me 25k in place of the 4 confirmed suite upgrades. which i think is a load of BULLS!T. I had a specific plan in chasing globalist, and the main reason was the upgrades as i have 3 trips and at least 16 nights that i was planning on using. 25k wont even get me 4 nights suites.
Any suggestions on what i can do?
