When we checked in, the front desk agent confirmed by upgrade to a suite. At checked out, we were charged only for 7K yen for the whole stay upgrade. It is a very nice IC, much better than IC at Seoul Co-ex. The toiletries, IMO, are of better quality than the ones at Conrad Tokyo.

The bed is better at Conrad Tokyo though. Plus, I think overall room size, Conrad Tokyo is huge. The standard Bay View room that we stayed in, overall, is as large as our IC suite.

We are very happy with the property. Plus the location is tops, connected to Grand Front mall, which makes it connected to Osaka station - so to speak.
