It really depends on what you and the family like and want to do. For example, they may have much more fun at the open air pool next to Stanley Park than the Park itself! Granville Island has a nice kids market, but overall it is very crowded. Neither of them will take much time, though. The kids might also like playing near the lake in Stanley Park, but the parking can be very tough.
Lynn Canyon and Grouse both require much more walking than the other 2 - even if you take the Gondola up Grouse. Up top it is pretty much 'just' walking around, though they will almost certainly see bears under the gondola and lumberjacks at the top

.
Some more details on what you would like to see/do and where you are staying would help others reply better than I can.

Thanks for your reply. I am staying in downtown.
1st Day : My plan is to go to Lynn Canyon - see the bridge and spend sometime at 30 Foot pool as kids will love playing in water. Hopefully, should be done my noon or 1pm
Next go to Grouse mountain and spend the time over there. Lumberjack show and birds show which the kids would love
2nd day : Go to Stanley Park and do the horse ride, Train ride, totem poles and if I get time go to Granville island.
Question : Why do say we we will have to walk too much at Lynn/Grouse? Can you please let me know so that I can plan accordingly. With Kids around, I do not want to walk too much
Question 2: Let me know if I can drive around in Car in Stanley Park.
Do you suggest any other things to cover in 2 days?
Thanks,
