There is street noise. When you want to sleep it is evident and I closed the drapes. Even with the sheers and drapes closed the noise woke me this morning at 6 AM. Less than four hours sleep.
Wow. I've stayed in a bunch of Bangkok properties and have never had an issue with street noise, including the Erawan where many rooms overlook BTS.
Certainly doesn't speak well of the construction quality.
