Buying tickets on JL's domestic site vs JL's USA portal...
So I need to purchase a ticket, HND-ITM to get to Kyoto.

I am flying the SIN-HND redeye as an award ticket. There was no award routing available to ITM or KIX on JL. So I decided to purchase the HND-ITM leg.

Originally, I tried to log into my JMB account through the Japan site. It told me to go to the American portal, which I did. The flight there was over twice as much as it was on the Japanese site. What gives?

I wound up going through the Japan site, not logging into my JMB account and purchasing the ticket. Why does the US site charge over twice as much for the same flight?
