I have been following this thread for a few months and things seemed very difficult at LAX--especially for someone not familiar with the airport.
Glad you have a plan!

FWIW, I've been through LAX (as a connecting passenger) a couple of times since the change. While T3 definitely has a long way to go quality-wise (that was a known quantity before the move though) I found transferring between T2 and T3 via the Delta shuttles to be a breeze.

I expect that any LAX terminal transfer that involves terminals not connected behind security would be a pain though.
