I'm going to be in Israel for three weeks. While I'm there, I'll be using a Golan Telecom SIM that provides a US virtual number. I plan to forward my Verizon number to the virtual US number so I can answer any calls I want to.

Is there a way to program my Verizon account so if I refuse the call or don't answer, it will forward to my Google Voice number for Hangouts to take a message and transcribe it? I won't be traumatized if this isn't possible, but it would be cool if I could do it.
