I’m in the UK, and bought the ticket in the UK, should I start a small Court Claim (aka Money Claim Online or MCOL)? or is there someone other than Central Baggage I can appeal to in an effort to actually get money? It’s a few hundred dollars, so not an amount I’m going to give up on.
I would just go to MCOL - it is the simple method which AA will not be able to ignore and hope that you go away
