Is 65 minutes enough time to get from T7 to T3 for inexperienced travelers?
No. I dont believe that would meet MCT if it was all on one ticket. You're basically going to be going to diagonally opposite corners. Airside rewuires walking through T6,5,4 and TBIT, plus catching a bus from B to T3. Landside is probably quicker but requires clearing security again and walking through middle of airport.
