Yes, since AC isn't yet selling PY fares on connecting domestic flights that don't have a PY cabin (ie you can't book PY on YYT-YVR because one of the flights doesn't have a PY cabin), my comments don't apply and looks like you still end up in B all the way.

But look at this typical itinerary that includes only widebodies:

Usually I would get B on the YUL-YVR sector. Not a huge deal in the end, as long as the international upgrade clears, its the same total amount of eUpgrades, but it was nice to be able to confirm the upgrade in advance on these widebody flights.

EDIT: Also, you're flying on a 763 which doesn't have a PY cabin.
