Very late payment

Flight sectors booked were DUB-LHR-LAS-LAX, luggage delayed LHR-LAS sector. After three months of form filling, arguing, waiting, and more forms, AA have agreed to compensate me for delayed luggage.

Central Baggage sent an email saying I’d get a payment within eight weeks. The eight weeks have passed, I’ve sent two reminder emails, another four weeks have passed, no response from.

I’m in the UK, and bought the ticket in the UK, should I start a small Court Claim (aka Money Claim Online or MCOL)? or is there someone other than Central Baggage I can appeal to in an effort to actually get money? It’s a few hundred dollars, so not an amount I’m going to give up on.
