IIRC the shop we were at was in Ginza. No prices on any of the products or shelves, just the pice list on one of the tables. They might not leave the price list hanging about when not needed. Maybe the one we saw had been taken out for the customer who was making a purchase at that time. On seeing the price list, we were surprised to actually see someone buying anything, which is more indicative of our own mindset rather than a comment on anyone else's values.
