I flew Delta for the first time in a long time yesterday, and it looks like they have the same thing.
The video screen for the person next to me in F wasn't working. After they tried a few times to reset it, one of the FA's (I presume the purser) came up with a mobile device and apologies that they couldn't get it working, but that they could offer some SkyMiles as compensation and she just needed his details.
The passenger declined the offer (clearly not an FT'er!) so I didn't get to see the full process, but from the way she was acting it seemed pretty clear she was going to handle it on the mobile device.
