I'm actually a bit surprised by some of these since the 767-400 has the most Delta One seats of any aircraft while a lot of these don't strike me as especially premium routes, but who knows what the tradeoffs are. But I can certainly see how the 76L and 76T configs make more sense on routes like JFK-LHR where there is a disproportionate amount of front cabin demand but maybe not a ton of coach demand.
Given what has happened to a lot of other fleets I could imagine a future overhaul that shrinks the Delta One cabin on the 767-400, though I suppose that would require moving the D1 lavs which might be complicated enough to dissuade Delta from doing it.
The 764s use to be in a domestic configuration about 10 years ago. There were Y seats to the left of 2L so it could happen if DL wanted.
