Breakfast in restaurant: No
Upgrade to club floor: Denied
Club lounge access: Denied (Paid 395DKK for 2 ppl)
Club lounge services / quality: Good (soda, water, coffee/tea, beer all day; wine/liquor+tapas in the evening & breakfast)
Other comments: Was told lounge access only granted to Spire. Had stayed there in 2015 & was given lounge access & upgraded to executive room as Platinum.
