Bassinet on A319? + slipping thru curtain

My wife and I are flying LGW-SZG on reward saver in club.

I have now booked a further five members of the family, including an infant, in economy on same flight.

Rather amusingly, they have allocated my son and infant to same seat, rather then the mother or father! Is there a Bassinet facility on A319?

Further, due to having an infant in group, they have free advanced seat allocation and are in row 6. If we were in row 5, could we intermingle?
