You can fly LAX/SFO-JFK on Jet Blue's Mint product and then JFK-MXP on A380 but from the West Coast currently EK only does nonstop flights to DXB. EK also flies EWR-ATH but that's on a 77W.

US-Europe isn't a registered fare so you'd have to do two tickets (multistop search) or fly on to Asia, Africa ect.
