A true receipt is not available.

I went to the website to see if they have fixed it and to get a folio from a stay earlier this month.

When I selected the option to request my folio, it simply said to contact the property with a property link.

The property's page has an alleged phone number list, but it consists of ONE phone number, which is not a phone number. It's a fax, but not to the hotel proper. It's the fax for the sales department.

I found the general number on Bing and called. The agent who answered was very courteous and helpful. I gave her my name, date of check-in, and e-mail address. 4-5 hours later, I got an email with a folio PDF.

The PDF, which is marked as a duplicate, has the proper information EXCEPT there is no property name on it! Not in the header, not in the description. I'm hoping the client I bill this to doesn't care.

Bottom line is this makes me much less likely to choose Marriott or Starwood. And that sucks because I've been trying to get away from World of Hyatt. AirBNB is sounding better and better.
