Currently I have this card, now for one year, and the Ritz Reward Visa as well. I plan to keep the Ritz card indefinitely, it provides great value having it. I don't put spend on the Marriott Rewards Business card at this point, took advantage of the bonus points it provided when signed up.

Is there any reason to keep the card? I'm going to try to get the $99 fee waived but if won't cancel it unless it will cause other problems. I've got the status it offers from the Ritz card for Marriott stays. Wondering about points, will I lose points accumulated with bonus and spend if I cancel? I assume not since I have the Ritz card. Any other reasons I might not be thinking of?
