No. Asiamiles themselves will not track your bookings if you credit your miles to another FFP. CX themselves however may be able to track your revenue if the local sales office deem you to be a high revenue client. There is no way to get credit with Asiamiles and another FFP as well. It's one or the other.
When I lived in HKG, I flew CX on a near daily basis, all in full fare F class (this was before they started running many of their regional services as 2-class only), crediting everything to my pre-existing AAdvantage account. I got zippo special recognition from CX (I couldn't get my HKG-based travel agent to finagle me invites to special CX events, much to the amazement of many CX F/As, who I got to know quite well through my frequent travels.) That's the bad news.

The good news was that I was treated much better as a Oneworld Emerald on CX (albeit via my status as an AA EXP) than I ever was on AA itself. Moreover, I had a much easier time booking award travel on CX than AsiaMiles members (although I understand that award availability has tightened up and that AsiaMiles members have a more straightforward award redemption mechanism available to them today). My locally based Hong Kong friends used to be incredulous at how easy it was for me to book CX award travel via AA, then simply hop over to the AA CTO to pick up my tickets (which, at this point, is no longer necessary, since AA issues CX awards as e-tickets).
