^ This -- the 764s got cabin refreshes earlier than the 763s and presumably Delta decided to invest in a better IFE system on the 763s. (Or the 764s, which are mostly younger aircraft than the 763s, already had a workable system and they declined to upgrade it, whereas they installed a new one on the 763s, not sure which.) It's quite a big difference. The 764 will have the latest blockbusters but the 763 has a much bigger back catalog, so if you're planning to use the entertainment and like a wide selection, the 763 is better.
