In addition to what others have mentioned re: lav location and boarding doors, the 76W (or 76Z/76T, other Delta 767-300s for that matter) has a much larger media server than the 767-400. While the seats are exactly the same, the entertainment selection is several times larger on the 767-300 than it is on the 767-400.
