How can refundable have restrictions, and what are the restrictions?
So what fare classes are always fully refundable, B and Y and F? Or best to wait until right before departure so I am within the 24 hour cancellation window (or does that not work for one way tickets originating in Europe?)?
Also assuming that the Southwest benefit of no-penalty cancellation of points tickets would not work with Delta (for someone without status).
Why would dl.com be clear about how to commit a crime? You are both illegally entering the EU and buying a fraudulant ticket.
